Power Plate work out at the Virgin Active Gym

On the 19th April 2009, a dedicated team of journalists along with Elise & Stef from the Polkadot PR team visited the Virgin Active Gym in Brookvale, Sydney to have a go on the ultimate workout machine, Power Plate. After hearing that Elle Macpherson owns her very own Power Plate, the media girls were eager to try it out.
