Thai restaurant Rambutan opened its doors in September 2007. It is owned and operated by husband–wife team, Joe Natale and Milena Molina-Natale and at the helm of its bustling kitchen is Thai chef, Mai. Accolades so far include winner of Best Thai 2008 (Alternative Media Group Best of Sydney Awards) and Best New Restaurant nomination 2008 (The Sunday Telegraph Restaurant & catering Awards for excellence). Polkadot PR was hired to promote Rambutan’s downstairs cocktail lounge and tasty Thai Tapas menu options. By promoting the bar, the venue, the mixologists and the chefs, our efforts secured widespread media coverage for the restaurant.
